(original name is QIQIHAR FIRST MACHINE TOOL WORKS) is the national
key enterprise in machinery industry. After many years of development,
it has become the leading one in the same line, and the production
base of CNC machine in CHINA, one of top 50 in HEILONGJIANG
province and national top 500 in the year of 2004 and 2005,
and QIYE brand is famous in national machinery industry. |

| With 3800 employees, it occupied area of 1.06 million
square meters, and its assets total 1 billion RMB. Main products include
heavy CNC vertical and horizontal lathes, deep-hole drilling and boring
machine, locomotives and rolling machine, etc. During the past 50
years, the company has totally supplied more than 50000 pieces of
machines in 470 varieties serving for energy, communications, raw
materials, heavy-duty machinery as well as defense industries, etc,
of which 149 varieties have filled in the gaps for the nation, 60
scientific research achievements have been rewarded for 72 times issued
by state, Ministry and Province, etc. In addition, many products are
regarded as main EQUIPMENT of the REPUBLIC. |

developing new Version of vertical and horizontal lathes which will
affect the trend of these two kinds of products within the 10-15 years,
and explored a new path for lots production of heavy duty metal cutting
machines. The enterprise is the leading high-tech one granted by national
scientific and technological ministry, CAD application and demonstration
enterprise of the state, and researching center cooperated closely
with TSINGHUA university, HARBIN institute of technology and HUAZHONG

| The enterprise enjoys big production capacity which
produces over 1000 pieces of machines annually.. Capacity of heavy-duty
foundry is one of specification product base in domestic and reach
to more 30 thousand tons annual output. Max. Weight of foam foundry
is 60 tons. The company owns about 2000 sets main equipment of CNC
boring, milling lathes imported from Germans and Japan. Gear measuring
machine from Germany, Three jig machine from Japan etc. It has also
air conditional workshop with precision assembly, super heavy-duty
assembly workshop is the biggest in Asia and the largest full digital
heavy machining lathe in China. The corporation has past quality certificateISO9001,2000.
First of all, it has implemented successfully ERP project i.e. enterprise
resource management in China machinery enterprises. And it realize
to share current for material, capital and information in units. |
| The enterprise insist on increasing quantity of products.
. Main products is heavy-duty horizontal machining center with
3-5 axes moving simultaneously. Capacity of load is more 32
ton for heavy-duty horizontal machining center is 95% in the
market. Max. Machining diameter is 5 meter. Meanwhile CNC vertical
lathes is over 70%, Max. Turning diameter is 16 meter. Recent
years, the works has provided a lot of patent technology and
series of equipment for military affairs enterprise. And many
CNC equipment for national key projects of Shang Xia engineering,
transmitting natural gas from the west to the east and transmitting
electricity from the west to the east, etc. These products have
filled in the gaps of aboard technology series and make contribution
to national defence. |
