1. Products from our company are
superior and reliable.
2. In case of quality problem during usage by customer,
service personnel will be sent to the site within 48 hours
after receiving notice from user, and will not leave until
the trouble-shooting.
3. If the repair work can not meet the demand within 10
days, and the problem indeed is caused by its quality during
warranty period, compensation of RMB30 per hour should be
paid (8 hours per day) from the 11th day. After another
two weeks, if the repairing product could not operate properly,
it will be returned or replaced.
4. For heavy-duty machines and special-purpose products,
system of supervision by customer during manufacturing and
checking within company is strictly abided by.
5. Spare parts for repair purpose must be provided for our
products, and service will be ready according to clients
requirement.
6 . Our company attaches high importance to training, especially
for those who bought our CNC products. The training will
be performed in client’s site or in assembling workshop.
7. Service network is set in many places including BEIJING,
XIAN, NANJING and etc, to correspond timely.
8. The technical support and service continue after warranty
period.
9. Our principle is to be ready to provide information for
customer before sale so that they could know our company,
and to assist them to offer suitable model, and to react
promptly for satisfying them. |
