[Description]  
   
    DVT250X16/16 new type double column vertical lathe adopt up to date advance technique, which is integrated with mechanical, electric and hydraulic with high rotating speed, high reliability ,dynamic static rigidity, long life service and high efficient for machining feature etc. It is the newest products which implement state¡®s accuracy standard and our company¡¯s rigidity regulation, and equipped with advanced function parts of home and aboard .
    The machine is suitable for high speed steel, carbide tool. It can performed rough, finishing turning for ferrous , non ferrous and part of non material ,which can carried out machining inn. & exp. cylinder face and cylinder taper and flat process etc.
    The machine is equipped with left, right rail head. X, Z axis of right rail head adopt A.C servo motor rotating via precision reducer driven ball screw. Guideway pairs is adopted sliding with reducing friction and head rail is realized horizontal, vertical micro feed movement.
    The table of machine adopt rolling guideway which can reached high speed and accuracy rotating.
    The machine is mounted guard of cross rail and self- close guard of table , which is fixed pendant button station made by Germany MEIKANOU with convenient operation , safe of environmental protection and beauty looking .
