Description
1.This
series
machine
is
suitable
for
finely
and
roughly
turning
cylinder
and
inner
hole,
inner
and
outer
taper,
surfacing,
grooving,
threading
and
curving
of
the
ferrous,
nonferrous
metal
and
some
kinds
of
non-metal
materials
with
hard-alloyed
and
porcelain
tools.
2.This
series
machine
is
divided
into
universal
type
and
CNC
type,
while
CNC
machines
have
standard
and
heavy-duty
types.
3.The
main
drive
is
provided
by
DC
motor
by
two-step
vertical
axle
speed-changing
device
to
engage
in
table
speed-change. |
4.The
table
spindle
is
centered
by
high-precision
double-row
short
roller
bearing
whose
radial
clearance
can
be
adjusted.
With
constant
flow
hydrostatic
guideway
and
oil
temperature
device
applied
in
axial
direction,
the
table
has
features
of
higher
swivel
precision,
larger
loadability
and
smaller
thermal
deformation.
5.AC
servomotors,
which
drive
the
ball-screw
via
rated
gear-set
to
control
the
heads
to
feed
or
rapid
move
composes
machine's
feed
system.
6.CNC
machine's
vertical
head
adopts
constant
flow
hydrostatic
guideway
in
horizontal
direction
while
the
ram
adopts
rolling
and
sliding
compound
guideway.
7.The
left
column
and
right
one
are
fixed
directly
on
foundation
separately
instead
of
connecting
with
table.
This
kind
construction
eliminates
the
mutual
influence
of
spindle
transmission,
feed
and
thermal
deformation,
which
also
improve
the
whole
precision
and
is
convenient
for
precision
regulation.
8.On
customer's
requirement,
digital
display
unit,
grinding
head
of
electric
spindle
can
be
provided. |
