[Description]    
 

 
1. Machine model Q1-010,Q1-023,and Q1-024 designed for drilling deepholes of 80-110mm can perform rough and fine boring of 90-150mm .The max. clamping diameter of workpiece is 1400mm,and the max. clamping diameter of workpiece through headstock spindle bore is 580mm.Workpieces and tools can be fixed and rotated for different cutting. Power-drive and manual-drive can be adopted to perform moving of parts of the machine .
2. Machine model Q1-067 is used for drilling deepholes up to max.30-110mm, boring deepholes up to max.180mm. The max.dia of workpiece is 300mm . Boring and drilling bar can be rotated or fixed for different cutting .
3. Machine model Q1-012 is a special boring machine , so taper hole can be bored with formed tools . The max. dia. Of workpiece through spindle bore is 580mm, the max. length of workpiece on bed is 10m.Power-drive and manual-drive can be adopted to perform moving of parts of machine .
4. Boring bar is prepared by customer. Drawing of supporting bush of boring bar is provided by maker as per size given by customer, but manufactured by customer.
