[Description]    
 

 
This machine is designed for machining rim or tread of single wheel set of subway, diesel locomotive, steam locomotive of various passenger or goods trains with standard track gauge 1435mm.
Main drive is of high speed, rapid travel of carriage is high, special tool imported is also adopted with high efficiency so as to obtain high swiveling accuracy of 0.1mm.
The machine adopts tool positioning device in order to make it ready for machining timely and accurately.
Hydraulic clamping jaws are equipped to clamp or release workpiece automatically.
Carriage guideway of machine uses hardened steel strips with good rigidity and long working life. Concentrating lubrication in time and quantity is adopted for carriage.
The machine adopts automatic machining of programming.
Other CNC system can also be provided by costomers' requirments.
