[Description]    
 

 
The series of machine adopts gantry frame construction, Boring and milling head of ram type with big power on cross rail, suitable for big power cutting, arranged with right angle milling head and other accessories and loading, clamping workpiece in one set, and do milling, boring, drilling, tapping and etc for internal and external five faces ,especially suitable for box type parts and big, medium size of complex parts .
The machine is reasonably arranged and with good rigidity, stability, big load, and can do big-torque cutting.
The machine has four feed coordinate axes for X,Y,Z,W. driven by A.C servo motor, realizing any three axes moving simultaneously. Cross rail can be positioned and other coordinate axes moving simultaneously. The spindle adopts AC spindle motor realizing spindle stepless speeds variation.. The spindle can do tool puling automatically, accessories, it can index 4X90¡ã.The feed axes adopt imported optical scale measuring and closed loop control.
The machine is equipped with full digital SIEMENS 840D also other CNC system can be provided on special request.
