Description
This
series
machine
is
CNC
heavy
duty
horizontal
lathe,which
is
suitable
for
machining
heavy
duty
shaft,plate
and
other
swivelling
parts.The
machine
provided
with
CNC
program
and
manual
button
operation,cylindrical
turning,
facing,
boring,
curving,tapering
and
threading,etc
can
be
carried
out.
The
rotators
of
steam
turbine
and
heavy
duty
motor
are
manufactured
finely
on
the
machine.
The
transmission
system
is
composed
of
main
drive,feed
and
other
assistant
transmission.
The
direction
of
X,Z
axes
of
carriage
is
driven
by
A.C
servo
motor
and
close
loop
control.
The
machine
adopts
SIEMENS
840C
CNC
system.
The
carriage
is
equiped
with
non-worn
closed
constant
flow
hydrostatic
guideway,
the
feed
is
driven
by
hydrostatic
worm
rod-rack,
so
that
rough
,semifine
and
fine
machining
can
be
finished.
