|
1.This machine is suitable for machining ferrous-metal,
non-ferrous metal or part non-metal components with carbide alloy
or porcelain cutter, on the machine, cylindrical turning and boring,
taping, surfacing, curving, slotting, threading as well as boring
can be carried out roughly and finely..
2.The bed of the machine is of separate structure with workpiece bed
and carriage bed to make machine under the best condition of being
forced so that deformation of workpiece bed will not affect the carriage
ones and reduce vibration upon headstock and carriage, and improve
machines' anti-vibration property and operational accuracy carriage
bed guideway is fixed with extendable stainless steel cover or partial
guidance board for workpiece bed ones.
3.Main drive is driven by D.C motor through two step mechanism to
reach speeds range for spindle,
4. Spindle of headstock is through structure and supported by high-precision
double-row short cylindrical rolling bearings with adjustable radial
clearance and has best supporting diameter and span because of optimized
design so as to improve it's swiveling accuracy and static, dynamic
rigid. Center is of short taper shank with flange structure to improve
connecting rigid between center and spindle.
5. Carriage of the machine adopted hydrau-static guideway with constant
flowing in transversal and longitudinal direction. Ball screw is used
in transversal direction, for longitudinal ones, using hydrostatic
worm rack transmitting pair or imported high precision double gear-rack
transmitting pair processed by hardened and grinding in order to improve
moving accuracy and stable transmission and transmitting efficiency.
6. Tailstock is of entire box shaped structure, shaft in quill adopts
high precision double-row short cylindrical rolling bearings with
adjustable radial clearance, and center is of flange locating structure
for cone to make tailstock get good rigidity. Quill and tailstock
are transmitted mechanically and clamped or released automatically,
and they are fixed with hydraulic measuring device.
7.CNC system adopts SIEMEN'S or FANUC, other CNC systems can also
be selected by customers' requirements.
8.According to customer's demands, the followings can be provided
that are angle-dividing and feed for main spindle, grinding, cooling,
tool presetting inside machine, workpiece automatic measuring for
parts size as well as hydrostatic steady rest. |
