layout

the
machine

thermosymmetry
construction.
Table
of
machine
has
a
separated
type
high
speed
spindle,
and
is
clamped
with
3-jaw
auto
hydraulic
device.
Spindle
rotation
is
driven
by
A.C.
frequency
conversion
motor
through
the
connected
belts.
Spindle
bearing
is
equipped
with
high
precision
three-in-one
angle
contact
ball
bearing
imported.
Both
of
the
carriages
consist
of
slide
and
hexagonal
turret.
Feed
removement
is
actuated
by
A.C.
servo
motor
via
tooth
shaped
belt
and
ball
leadscrew,
there
is
a
high
driving
accuracy.
Guideways
of
column
and
slide
are
all
lined
with
steel
coatings
and
with
high
precision
and
long
life.
The
whole
machine
is
provided
with
fully-enclosed
guard
and
auto
chip
removal
device.
The
machine
is
with
SIEMENS
802D
CNC
system,
or
other
CNC
system
on
user's
