[Description]  
   
1. The machine has the functions of turning,drilling,boring,milling and grinding,suitable for fine and rough turning machine parts in highspeed,carbide tipped and porcelain tools to ferrous,non ferrous and some non metal materials. It can carry out turning cylindrical,boring,surfacing,grooving,threading and complex swiveling,and it can do drilling, tapping, boring, milling, grinding and face milling, hole boring with small depth and grinding .
2. Main transmission is driven by DC motor ,through two steps fo spindle speed changing unit,realizing speed variable unit, reaching table speed range..
3. Spindle of table adopts high precision, radial clearance adjustable, double row roller bearing for centering NSK,(P4). Constant flow hydrostatic guideway is for axial.Guideway is oiled by high precision equal-flow oil dividing unit,equipped with oil temperature controller, making table with high rotating accuracy,big loading capacity and small deformation.
4. Left and right heads of the machine is driven by AC servo motor,SIEMENS, left CNC head is transmitted by P3 ballscrew imported from Germany,through certain ratio gear reducing . universal right head adopts domestic made ballscrew for transmission,,realizing head feed and rapid speed.
5. Horizontal(X,U) of left and right rail heads adopt constant flow closed hydrostatic guideway,oiled by multihead pump,Vogsl Germany .Vertical direction of left CNC rail head(Z) adopt rolling-sliding compound guideway set,rolling guideway piece adopts high accuray guideway piece,INA,Germany.Vertical direction(W) of right universal head adopts sliding guideway set.
6. Left and right base of gantry frame is driven by double AC servo motor simultaneously,,hydrostatic unloading guideway is for moving.
7.CNC system adopts SIEMENS 840 system,controlling six axes X,Z,U,W,Y,C, realizing two axes moving simultaneously (X,Z) or three axes X,Z,C moving simultaneously,with full closed loop control,and feed back element adopts Heidenhain optical and circle scale.
