DVT350×20/32 DOUBLE COLUMN VERTICAL LATHE
Description
1.This series machine is suitable for finely and roughly turning cylinder and inner hole, inner and outer taper, surfacing, grooving of the ferrous, nonferrous metal and some kinds of non-metal materials with carbide alloy porcelain tools.
2.Feed is driven by AC servomotor, transmmitted by ball screw. The universal type has such construction that can be rebuilt into CNC type.
3.The main drive is provided (two-step speed-change) by AC motor (16-step speed-change), realizing table speeds.Also DC motor can be provided on special request.
4.The table is thermal symmetric construction. The table spindle is centered by high-precision double-row short roller bearing whose radial clearance can be adjusted. Constant flow hydrostatic guideway is applied in axial direction, the table has features of higher swivel precision, large loadability and smaller thermal deformation.
5.Horizontal guideway of rail head is of hydrostatic unloading guideway, guideway of ram vertical movement is sliding guideway.
6.Digital display device and grinding head of electric spindle can be provided on customers' request
